Returns Policy
To be eligible for a return, you must have purchased the item from 3D Technologies or our online websites and we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
3D Technologies Store will accept returns of any item (accessory, kit or assembled 3D Printers and excludes software and digital downloads) within 30 days of the date of delivery. After this 30 day period, your purchase is final and no returns will be accepted. Shipping charges on the initial purchase is non-refundable. A store credit will be made to your registered account equalling the refund amount.
3D Technologies charges a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price for returned items. The 20% restocking fee goes to the cost of us disassembling and re-testing components. The buyer must pay all shipping charges.

Digital files and designs.
Subscription Plan dues are non-refundable and will not be returned under any circumstances.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or PayPal account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
To return your product, you should first contact customer service through the online form and we will send you a returns authorization (RA number) and the shipping details for sending your product.
Please do not post anything to any address without an RA number or first contacting us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable. All returns must include tracking id for shipping and shipping insurance.
Downloadable Digital files and designs products
If a file purchased on the website is of inappropriate quality, 3D Technologies can, upon verification of defect or deficiency, refund credits to customer accounts.
The foundation of reconsideration of the fact of purchasing file(s) is customer's request in the support service with the indication of his/her login, unique identification file number and reasons stating why the file(s) is (are) unsatisfactory.
The criteria in accordance to which the file(s) is (are) considered unsatisfactory are determined by the specialists of 3D Technologies in each case, upon agreement with the customer.
3D Technologies reserves sole discretion in determining the viability of any file, and its Quality Assurance specialists will work with you to reach a fair and equitable resolution, up to and including full reimbursement of all expenses associated with that purchase.
